Customisable
Here you can see original app colours, which work both in dark and light modes , according to browser's settings but mode can be also individually set by a slider in app's menu. However, at our client's request the app can be set in a custom colour palette , fitting your company's visual needs. The same refers to style of fonts, icons etc.
Searchable
Available for the list and statistics as well, search area is collapsed when not used to save screen space . For the list view searching pending cards enables for a quick access to open cases . Cards list can also be searched by worker and / or contractor to view the person's or company's cards' record.
User friendly
In new card view upon filling worker's names record of the worker's cards shows automatically in card summary simplyfying card attribution. Card colour & days off site are established automatically as well, based on the worker's cards' record & deviation(s) committed.
Editable & sharable
In individual card's view the card can be edited, closed, deleted and/ or saved in PDF file Some features may be restricted to users with an admin status.
Uniform data
The form used for storing new card is equipped with several distinct features. Firstly, the app collects sufficient amount of data for the records to be used as a source of knowledge for the management team. Secondly, through the app setting tools all repeatable data is saved in settings so there is no need for users to enter the data manually therefore saving time, effort and errors.
Statictics analysis
Statistics constitute an important part of the app, providing iformation about the project's safety performance, allowing for easy generation of weekly or monthly reports as well as base for indicating weak points in works' safety to management team & contractors.
